Join the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Cornell University for the Satellite Remote Sensing course for Summer 2024. Workshop dates will be from June 3rd - June 14th, 2024. Registration Info
Registration Fees The fee encompasses the $3,000 workshop fee, a $60 administrative fee and a $3 registration fee.
Registration Deadlines Registration for the Satellite Remote Sensing course and on-campus housing will be open until May 17, 2024.
Registration Payment It is important to know that you will not be able to return to the registration site once you have closed out/left the site. Make sure you have your credit card information available to complete payment before starting to register.
After clicking "Confirm and Pay", you will be redirected to a secure payment page. You will not be able to get back in to pay after you close out the registration site. For any help with registration, please write to CESHelp@cornell.edu and include the event name in the subject line.
How to Register

- At the next page, StarRezEvents, press "Login" and enter your email.
- A verification code will be sent to your email, enter the code to continue.
- Enter your personal information and answer the additional questions.
- Enter the correct promo code to unlock your registration fee.
- Note your total registration cost and press "confirm and pay".
After clicking "Confirm and Pay," you will be redirected to a secure payment page. A reminder, you will not be able to get back in to the registration site to make payment after you close out the registration site.

Sheldon Court Rooms are offered as Single Occupancy at $84.50 per night plus tax. Each bedroom contains an extra-long twin bed, a wardrobe and a three-drawer bureau, a desk lamp, a wastebasket and a recycling bin.

If you are registering for more than one person, you will need to register each person individually, and use a separate email address for each person.

On-Campus Housing On-campus housing is available at Sheldon Court. You can sign up and pay for on-campus housing during the registration process. The room rates are $84.50 plus tax per night for a single room.
Check-in starts on June 2nd after 2:00pm at the Service Desk in Sheldon Court located at 420 College Ave, Ithaca, NY 14850. Check-out is by 10:00am on June 15th. Check-Out instructions will be on your confirmation email.
Parking On-campus parking is restricted at all times to permit or payment unless otherwise signed. You can purchase a printable parking permit in advance starting on March 1, 2024 or pay upon arrival using ParkMobile.
Advance-Purchase Parking You must have access to a printer to use this option. Starting March 1, visit Click and Park, select "Satellite Remote Sensing", choose appropriate dates, pay via credit card, and download a printable parking permit. When you arrive at your specified parking lot, display your printed permit on your dash.
Parking on Arrival ParkMobile contactless payments can be made by the hour, by the day, or even for multiple days in some zones. Choose the transaction method that works best for you:

Accessible Parking Your municipal permit must be displayed in conjunction with your printed permit (or ParkMobile payment) when parking in accessible spaces on campus.
