Our Swim Camp is based on the philosophy that “practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent. Perfect practice, makes perfect.”

During this camp, we breakdown all four strokes, starts and turns to help you become a more efficient swimmer. We teach the strokes from the inside out while focusing on posture, body position and creating more efficient swimming shapes.

This camp is focused on building a more effective “swimming motor.” We will address all of the major energy systems while imparting an understanding of how swimming works. Daily workouts and skill development will be supplemented with flexibility work, dryland training, mental skills training and an introduction to strength training for swimming.
