The International Symposium on Distributed Autonomous Robotic Systems (DARS) provides a forum for scientific advances in the theory and practice of distributed autonomous robotic systems. It is a highly selective, single-track meeting that will be soliciting submissions presenting significant, original, and previously unpublished research. The 17th meeting of DARS will take place at Cornell Tech, on Roosevelt Island in New York City on October 28-30, 2024.

Registration Fees To access the appropriate registration fee, please use the appropriate promo codes appropriate to your status. Use the promo codes to unlock the following registrations, which will be checked by the Registration Committee.

Early Bird Registration is Open until 20 Aug 2024: Student Fee is $825 - Promo code "touchdown" Non-Student Fee is $950 - No Promo Code

Standard Registration is Open after 20 Aug 2024: Student Fee is $1025 - Promo Code "libeslope" Non-Student Fee is $1150 - No Promo Code

Registration Deadlines Early Bird Registration will be open until 20 Aug 2024. After which Regular registration will be open until 28 October 2024.

Registration Payment It is important to know that you will not be able to return to the registration site once you have closed out/left the site. Make sure you have your credit card information available to complete payment before starting to register.

After clicking "Confirm and Pay", you will be redirected to a secure payment page. Please note that it may take up to 30 seconds to redirect; you will not be able to get back in to pay after you close out the registration site. For any help with registration, please write to CESHelp@cornell.edu.

How to Register

  1. Press the red "Register" button in upper right corner of this page.
  2. At the next page, StarRezEvents, press "Login" and enter your email.
  3. A verification code will be sent to your email, enter the code to continue.
  4. Enter your personal information and answer the additional questions.
  5. Enter the correct promo code to unlock your registration fee.
  6. Press "confirm and pay".

After clicking "Confirm and Pay," you will be redirected to a secure payment page. It may take up to 30 seconds to redirect. A reminder, you will not be able to get back in to the registration site to make payment after you close out the registration site.
