We are delighted to welcome you to campus for the Mathematical Foundations of Programming Semantics (MFPS) 2022 Conference. On campus housing is available on Cornell's North Campus in the Townhouse community. These are apartment style residence halls utilized by undergraduates during the academic year. The complex is made up of four-person townhouses, each featuring two single bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. Most are two-story; some are single level.

North Campus
North campus is the hub for summer housing. Check in and check out take place at Robert Purcell Community Center, across the street from the residence hall. The service desk can assist you with any questions you may have about navigating campus.

Accomodations You can stay right on campus at the townhouse residences. These are 4 person townhouse apartments, each with 2 single bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. You may choose a single occupancy bedroom in a shared townhouse. All bookings are for 7/10/22 at 2:00pm -7/14/22 at 10:00am. You can see a virtual tour here. Pets are not allowed in on campus housing.
Each guest will have an extra long twin bed, wardrobe, small dresser, desk and desk lamp. Each bed is made with sheets, blanket and bedspread, pillow and pillowcase. Guests also receive 2 towels, face cloth, soap, shampoo, and drinking glass. Room temperature is controlled in the bedroom. There are laundry facilities located in the building complex.
Parking Conference Parking Information We are delighted to welcome you to Cornell University and Ithaca, New York! On-campus parking is restricted at all times to permit or payment unless otherwise signed. You can purchase a printable parking permit in advance or pay upon arrival using ParkMobile. Advance-Purchase Parking (recommended): You must have access to a printer to use this option. Visit Click and Park, select your conference, pay via credit card, and download a printable parking permit. When you arrive at your specified parking lot, display your printed permit on your dash. Parking on Arrival: ParkMobile contactless payments can be made by the hour, by the day, or even for multiple days in some zones. Choose the transaction method that works best for you:

- Text PARK to 77223 and pay using your mobile device Accessible Parking: Your municipal permit must be displayed in conjunction with your printed permit (or ParkMobile payment) when parking in accessible spaces on campus. Carefully observe signs when parking; some accessible spaces are reserved for specific license plates. If you need assistance, please call 607-255-4600.
Payment Your registration confirmation will contain a link to our secure payment page. Use that link for US credit card payments. For international cards, bank transfers or wire payments, please use the link, also in your confirmation, for our Flywire account page. Contact us before payment, if your payment is tax exempt.
Parking payments, when available, will be made at a different link. Registration Before starting the registration process, have your email up in another window or tab, as you will need to access a verification code sent to you during registration. You will have 25 minutes from the start of registration until your cart will time out. Once your registration is completed, you will not be able to re-enter the registration site. Changes can be made by contacting Conference and Event Services at conferences@cornell.edu. Please put MFPS Conference 2022 in the subject line of your email. If registering more than one person, you will need to register each person individually, and use a separate email address for each person. You will need to be in contact with them during the registration process to receive their verification codes. To register an additional person,
- After you complete the first registration, look for the person icon in the top right of your screen, and log out.
- Return to the event page and begin registration for the next person. If you are returned to the Registration successful page, look for the person icon in the top right of your screen, and log out . The email address is each person's unique identifier in the system. If you use your email for 2 people, it will over write your 1st registration with your second registration.
How to Register
1. Press register in the top right corner of your screen. 2. Select campus housing option. 3. Press Login and enter your personal info. 4. You will receive an emailed verification code to continue. 5. Finish with roommate and townhouse gender selection. 6. Note your amount due. 7. Click on the secure payment link in your confirmation message. 8. From the payment page you will receive your payment receipt.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check in on July 10 after 2:00pm at the service desk in Robert Purcell Community Center, Jessup Rd, Ithaca NY 14853. The service desk is located on the first floor. Check-out is by 10:00am on July 14. Return your keys to the same location. You may park in the loading area in the RPCC parking lot or in the loading zones on Jessup Road while you check in and unload into the residence hall. You must then move your vehicle to A Lot.
Registration Info
Registration Fees will be added to your cart automatically at the start of the registration process. Use promo codes during the registration form to signal if you are attending virtually or from Paris.
