Housing Regulations
By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for any damage to or loss of property occurring in my assigned lodging room at Wayne State College during week of the North American Manure Expo, July 27–31, 2026. I understand that any related charges will be billed directly to me or to my organization at a later date.
Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on Wayne State College property.
All Wayne State residence halls are smoke- and tobacco-free facilities. Smoking and tobacco use (such as chewing or spitting) is prohibited inside every campus residence hall. Students who smoke outside a residence hall must do so in the designated smoking area far enough from the building to avoid having smoke drift into the hall. Cigarette butts, packaging, and other tobacco debris must be disposed of properly. Vaping is prohibited in all residence halls due to smoke detector sensitivity.
Candles, incense, and other flammable items
Candles, incense, or other flammable materials may not be burned in rooms or public areas within the hall.
Firearms, fireworks, and explosives
The possession or storage of firearms, ammunition, archery equipment, fireworks, or explosives of any kind in residence halls is prohibited.
Pets
To maintain health and sanitation standards and in accordance with state law, pets are not allowed in rooms, lounges, and/or lobbies. However, service animals are welcome and may accompany guests throughout their stay

Terrace Hall
Room Cost:
Single occupant room: $395 (room and linen package)
Double occupant room: $485 (room and 2 linen packages)
Pricing applies to the full stay from July 27 to July 31, regardless of the number of nights you choose to stay.
Terrace Hall offers a classic community-style living experience with traditional double rooms. Each room is comfortably furnished with:
Two Twin XL beds
Two desks
A shared dresser and closet
A sink with a medicine cabinet
Wi-Fi and wired internet access
Window coverings with mini blinds
To make your stay even easier, linens are provided in every room. Your linen package includes:
2 bath towels
1 washcloth
1 hand towel
A set of bed sheets
A pillow
Toiletries for the week
A cozy souvenir blanket to take home!
Please note: Rooms do not come equipped with a refrigerator, television, microwave, or coffee maker, so plan accordingly.
