StarRez Welcomes the Adirondack THD and RMS Mercury Communities to Global Connect 2023 in Baltimore
StarRez heads to Baltimore, Maryland for Global Connect 2023! The 2023 event will be the first to bring together the StarRez, THD, and Mercury communities for an in person event. We are passionate about connecting with the community and providing opportunities for the community to grow and develop relationships with one another. The conference unites the community and StarRez team for several days of action-packed learning, networking, best practice sharing and industry insights.

Connecting
The 2023 Global Connect event brings together the best of the Adirondack Summit, RMS World, and Global Connect events for three days of learning, networking, or collaborating. Sessions will be offered for all three solutions and networking opportunities will bring together the StarRez, THD, and Mercury communities.
Learning Sessions
You will have a tough time trying to choose which sessions to attend. Sunday begins with in-depth classroom style learning-sessions lead by staff where we encourage you to bring your laptop or tablet device. The remainder of the conference features a wide range of learning sessions that can help you become more proficient with a range of features and tips from our subject matter experts.
Best Practices
Our most popular sessions are presented by your colleagues from around the world sharing real examples of how the community manages applications, room assignments, billing, communications, track resident engagement and more. You will find out first hand how other institutions are getting more value from the solution and delivering great resident experiences. These sessions will give you amazing insights to how others are getting the most from StarRez, THD, and Mercury.
Dashboard Competition
This is an opportunity for you to share with the how you leverage Dashboards to assist with your housing needs. We are looking for submissions that will INSPIRE or WOW the community with how you use StarRez Dashboards to accomplish a complex process, showcase your unique design, or leverage StarRez Web functionality.
Q & A
Enjoy some face-to-face time connecting with subject matter experts who implement and support the products you use every day. Feel free to discuss product or business process questions/ideas you have on the solutions you already own.
Outstanding Dining Experiences
As part of your registration, a networking dinner is included for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The dinners provide an opportunity to catch up with colleagues, chat about the sessions of the day, and even have a little fun. Past networking dinner locations include the USS Midway, World of Coca-Cola, Dallas Cowboys stadium and many other amazing locations.
Optional Networking Tour
Join us in exploring Baltimore while connecting with the StarRez community from around the globe. The networking tour will include a stop at a local campus as well as a tour of the National Aquarium, lunch & transport. More details coming soon! Cost $140
Fun, Friendship & Competition
We invite all attendees to join the annual international StarRez World Cup soccer game or our Annual StarTrivia competition!
Registration
The registration fee covers all training, workshops, and the following meals throughout the conference: Sunday (Opening Reception dinner), Monday (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner), Tuesday (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner). Please be reminded that flights & accommodation are not included.
Please complete the online registration form as soon as possible to confirm your place at the conference. Payment is required upon registration via our online payment system. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
All attendees must individually register and make payment for the event which is chargeable in $USD.
In order to receive the Early Bird rate for StarRez Global Connect 2023 registrations must be received and paid by the March 31, 2023. Registrations received and/or unpaid after the advertised rates will be charged at the regular registration rate.

Single Occupancy: $189.00 USD
Double Occupancy: $189.00 USD
The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of applicable occupancy tax (currently 17.5%), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event. The above group rates are offered, based on availability, 3 days before and 3 days after the event. Reservations are available until June 16, 2023 or until sold out. Check In & Check Out Hotel check-in time is after 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 11:00am. on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability through authorization from the Front Desk. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving prior to 4:00pm.
Parking For your convenience, Hyatt Regency Baltimore offers both valet and self-parking options based upon availability. Currently, self-parking in the parking garage is $30.00 per day and overnight valet is $42.00.
