Following a successful program of events in 2022-23, we are excited to be back for StarRez Regional Connect in 2024!

This event offers a unique opportunity to connect, network and collaborate with the StarRez team, and colleagues from other local StarRez, THD and Mercury institutions. Across a full day, you can expect an action packed agenda of learning sessions, best practice sharing and industry insights.

    • Have you got paper or online forms for your residents to complete outside of StarRez? In this session we will be reviewing how you can digitise and enhance your residential processes using PortalX Forms, such as room changes, early termination requests and more.

    • Put your new knowledge to the test and get hands on in creating your own forms and processes with help from the StarRez team.

    • We'll be highlighting best practices for Accounts & Billing within StarRez, as well as plenty of options for creating automation such as lockout billing, arrears & debt recovery, and month end processing.

    • Learn how to showcase meaningful information using our powerful reporting tools and learn the in's & outs of Text Templating to take your portal and communications to the next level.

    • Official closure of our StarRez Regional Connect event, where we will be announcing the winner of our PortalX Forms Competition!

How much does it cost?

  • Please see the Registration section below for Early Bird & Regular pricing. StarRez will be providing catering, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements during the registration process.

Is this a formal training session?

  • Simply put, no. StarRez will be presenting on a wide range of topics and facilitating conversations, especially around trends in the housing industry, market or segment that we all face.

What should I bring?

  • Your laptop - content will be interactive and you will be asked to follow along & participate in activities.
  • Your ideas, experiences & questions.
  • The equipment you need to take notes and stay connected: tablets, notebooks, stone and chisel. WiFi connection details will be provided.
  • A name badge if you have one! Paper nametags will also be available.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

  • No, we will be checking you in via StarRez Event Management Module

Can I invite other colleagues that use StarRez?

  • Yes, please feel free to forward them the event registration. We would be happy to meet your coworkers! Please know that capacity is limited for this event so sign up ASAP.
