Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

1. I have multiple people from my site who want to go. Can they come? Seating is extremely limited and capped at 40 maximum participants.

2. What competencies will we learn and be tested on during this course? This certification is recommended for experienced PortalX builders who want to take their skills to the next level. You'll learn about process graph efficiencies, event tricks, and more in this course.

3. Who is this course for? This course is for users who are already PortalX editors at their site and are looking to increase their skills to the highest certification that StarRez offers.

4. Does this course come with registration for Global Connect? No. This course is separate. You will need to register for Global Connect as well at this link (if you haven’t already done so).

5. Does this course guarantee certification for Advanced PortalX? No. This course prepares you for an exam that you will take at the end of the session. Passing that exam will award you the Advanced PortalX certification.

6. What happens if I don’t pass the exam? You’ll have our best trainers working whole group and one-to-one to give you the practice and training you need. However, if you do not pass the exam, we’ll work with you to schedule a retake at no charge.

7. Will food be included? Yes! So be sure to fill out the allergies/dietary requirements section on the Registration form.

• Laptop and charger.
• Rooms might be chilly, come with options.
• The exam will be completed on your laptop screen, so bring what ever resources help make that a comfortable experience.
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided so be sure to list your dietary needs.
