CONNECT with the community during panel sessions and roundtables. Panel Sessions offer insights on trends in student housing where you can pose questions to colleagues and enjoy a lively conversation with the community. Roundtables will be new for 2026! More information will be released about the roundtables when the full schedule is released.

Our community shines when they SHARE best practices! Best Practice Sessions offer first-hand examples of how other community members leverage their platform to deliver the ultimate resident experience. This year, sessions will align with one of the following themes: Building Smarter Workflows & Processes Using StarRez as an Ecosystem Enabling a Connected Community & Resident Success Using Data to Drive Decision-Making & Impact Supporting the Off-Campus Housing Journey

LEARN

LEARN new skills from the StarRez team and the community. You'll have several opportunities to attend a variety of Learning Sessions. Learning Sessions are 50-minute sessions from our subject matter experts. In-Depth Learning Sessions are two-hour classroom-style learning sessions led by the StarRez team.

THRIVE

Networking creates a THRIVING community. All meals, including the evening networking dinners, are part of your registration. The networking dinners provide an opportunity to catch up with colleagues, recap the day, and have a little fun. In addition to the Alan Knipe Networking Social and Dinner at the Hyatt on Sunday, we'll be enjoying the World of Coca-Cola on Monday and Skyline Park at Ponce City Market on Tuesday.

Friendly Competition

Are you a proud StarRez PortalX user who has achieved outstanding results or created a high-value experience for your community? We'll be inviting you to submit your success stories that have helped your residents and staff THRIVE through our annual Rez-olutions showcase.

Trivia & Soccer

All attendees are invited to join us at the annual StarRez World Cup soccer game or test your knowledge at our StarTrivia competition!

Flights & accommodation are not included.

It is recommended all attendees self-register as event communications will be sent to the email used in registration process.

👥Group Registration or Invoicing Requests For group registrations or individual invoicing requests instead of immediate credit card payment, please follow these steps:

Have each individual complete their registration without processing the payment (logout when redirected to the payment page).
Email a list of all attendee names to connect@starrez.com to request a group invoice.

Payment Options We recommend completing your payment via credit or debit card during registration. If you plan to use a Purchasing Card, please confirm with your procurement office prior to registering to ensure StarRez is an approved vendor. If you are unable to complete your payment during registration, StarRez will invoice you for the Registration Fee.

Invoices are typically sent within 3–5 business days after registration is complete. Please note, group invoices will not be issued until all attendees have completed their registration process.

Registration Transfers If you can no longer attend the event and wish to transfer your registration:

The individual taking your place must register for the event and logout before completing payment.
Send an email to connect@starrez.com with the name of the new attendee.

Networking Tour (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

The StarRez networking tour on July 19th offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with peers from across the StarRez community and engage with members of the StarRez team. This year’s tour includes an exclusive visit to Clark Atlanta University. After the tour, we will have some informal networking experiences at some of Atlanta’s most intriguing spots, and end our time with lunch before returning to the Hyatt for the afternoon schedule of activities that begin at 1:00 PM.

Non-StarRez Academy Members

$500

This is an Advanced StarQL Certification, taking place Sunday, July 19th 8am-1:30pm. This course has limited seats but is available to all attendees for $500 and current Academy members for a 50% discount ($250). This course is for experienced StarQL users, looking to obtain the highest certification possible. This course is NOT for new or inexperienced users. You'll receive hands-on training to prepare you for an exam.
