We are excited to announce this year’s EMEA Connect will be held at the International Students House in London. We have expanded this year, and this is the first event where we officially welcome our colleagues across both StarRez and RMS Mercury platforms as one community.
This opportunity to bring our EMEA community together is our favourite time of the year. Not only does the day offer a packed agenda of learning, networking and best practice sharing, it gives our community a chance to spend some quality face-to-face time together.

Connecting
The EMEA Connect 2023 will give you the opportunity to meet with like-minded community members from across the EMEA region. The agenda includes panel sessions where we encourage you to ask questions, and the social time outside of sessions offers opportunities for free-flowing interaction.
Best Practices
Hear from your own community members as they share real examples of challenges they have faced within their operations and how they use technology to solve them. The sessions are designed to give you insights into how others are getting the most out of their resources whether that’s people, processes, or systems.
Learning Sessions
Hear from platform experts to add to your own knowledge and skills. Whether you’re just getting started or building from decades of experience, these sessions will offer helpful hints and tips on the technology you use every day and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
Q & A
Enjoy some face-to-face time connecting with StarRez subject matter experts who implement and support the products you use every day. To ensure you get some dedicated time with the team, we will be emailing all registrants to book a session.

After registration, you will receive an invoice from starrezaccounts@starrez.com. Depending on when you register, you will be invoiced for one of the following rates:

Public Transport Just a short walk from Regents Park, Great Portland Street and Warren Street London Underground stations. Kings Cross and Euston mainline stations are easily accessed by London Underground or 15-minute walk.
Cancellation Policy No refunds can be authorised for cancellations. However, another member of your institution may attend the main conference in place of the registered attendee.
