Experience the convenience of a central location for Summer Orientation (in-person, optional), right on the Virginia Tech campus. Experience a piece of student life while staying in comfortable accommodations at Pearson Hall East, a traditional-style, air-conditioned building next to the Center for the Arts.
Orientation guests can reserve a 2-night Orientation Package. Check-in begins 2pm the day prior to their scheduled Orientation session and Check-out is no later than 11am the day after Orientation.
The Orientation Package includes:
Two traditional style rooms with two beds each (intended for 4 people total). Each room comes with 2 twin beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 dressers, 2 closets, 1 sink, 1 mirror. Guests will have access to community restrooms, which include private shower stalls. Four linen bundles which includes: 2 flat sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, bath towel, hand towel. Four meal cards for breakfast and dinner each day. (16 meals total; please note that lunch on the day of Orientation is provided as a part of the Orientation program).
Adult guests bringing minors are reminded that they are solely responsible for them and their actions while on campus.
